About the role

 

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to provide essential support to the Program Director, Leadership Team, Project Managers, and project teams. In this varied role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will play a key role in supporting staff, managing administrative functions, coordinating office resources, and maintaining efficient business processes across the program.

 

This position offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideally suited to a self-motivated professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, take initiative, and consistently deliver exceptional service to a diverse range of stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.

 

About you

 

  • Experience providing administrative, coordination, or project support within infrastructure, construction, utilities, or major projects environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting meetings, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining registers, and coordinating documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and provide high-quality administrative support.
