About the Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of high-voltage transmission line and Electrical substation projects. As part of this busy and high performing team you will oversee construction planning, contractor management, and commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Working across multiple locations, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and provide expert guidance to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

 

About You

 

  • Strong experience in managing large-scale transmission, electrical substations, or high-voltage infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioning
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across diverse teams
  • Sound understanding of WHS and environmental legislation, with a proactive approach to safety and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and supporting project reporting in dynamic work environments
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to project sites within NSW including occasional extended stays.
