The Opportunity
As a Transmission Line Site Manager, your typical day starts onsite, where you lead the coordination of construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and progress remain on track. You’ll be the central point of contact between contractors, engineers, and project managers. Resolving issues in real-time and ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, environmental requirements, and WHS standards.
You’ll regularly be identifying and documenting leading safety indicators, conduct inspections, review construction drawings, monitor contractor performance, and keep project records up to date. When technical or contractual questions arise, you’ll work closely with internal teams to find practical solutions. You might be guiding pre-start meetings, resolving an on-site material delivery challenge, or reviewing testing and commissioning checklists for sign-off.
