About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised and detail‑focused individual to join the Transaction Governance team in LUMEA as a Transaction Governance Coordinator.
Reporting to the Transaction Governance Manager, the Transaction Governance Coordinator provides critical support to the team across commercial, governance and coordination activities. The role is designed to support consistency, compliance and efficiency across transaction processes while enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.
This position is well suited to someone at an early stage of their career who is keen to develop their skills in commercial agreements, systems and tools, and stakeholder management within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management and coordination of commercial agreements across their lifecycle, including tracking, filing, and record‑keeping
- Assisting with internal approval processes, governance documentation and stakeholder coordination
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in contract management systems and other internal tools
- Supporting the preparation of basic commercial and governance documentation, reports and summaries
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on process, status updates and document coordination
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across legal, commercial, project delivery and finance teams, and will need to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable using systems and tools, and confident dealing with people across the business.
You will ideally bring:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with high attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence dealing with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- An interest in commercial agreements, governance and transaction processes
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong digital literacy and confidence learning and using new systems and tools
Experience and background:
- Early career experience in a commercial, administrative, governance or project support role is advantageous
- Experience using digital systems and tools, such as document management systems, contract management tools or CRM platforms
- Experience with tools such as DocuSign CLM or Salesforce is preferred but not essential
