The Opportunity

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.  

 

In your new role, you will work closely with Technology Business Partners to support and drive business goals, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. You will apply business analysis skills to help shape and refine business initiatives and assist in preparing and developing business cases by providing analytical insights and support.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and mutual understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a business analyst role or similar, with a focus on technology and business integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into IT requirements.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Certification in ITIL, Agile, or related frameworks is a plus.
  • Additionally, experience in CRM systems, ERP systems, and knowledge of software development lifecycles, and familiarity with project delivery methodologies would be a advantage.
