About the Role

 

As a Leadership & Talent Consultant, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering Transgrid’s leadership development and talent strategies. Working closely with senior leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will develop practical, engaging and impactful programs that strengthen leadership capability, drive performance and build our organisational talent pipeline. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, facilitation and coaching to support our leaders in achieving their best.

 

About You

 

You’re an experienced people development professional with a passion for leadership growth and a natural ability for turning strategy into action. You bring creativity, energy and credibility to every conversation, from workshop facilitation to executive coaching.

 

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and frameworks that build the capability and confidence of leaders at all levels
  • Facilitate engaging and practical workshops that inspire behavioural change and align leadership development with business outcomes
  • Coach and support leaders to strengthen their personal effectiveness, build high-performing teams and foster an inclusive culture
  • Partner with business and P&C stakeholders to embed succession, talent and capability strategies that ensure long-term organisational strength
  • Analyse feedback and program outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring learning initiatives are contemporary, impactful and scalable.
