The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Advisor (12-month fixed term) to provide dedicated, high-touch recruitment support for our growing Delivery Projects portfolio.

 

This role operates as the primary talent partner for Delivery Projects, with a clear mandate to proactively build, maintain and deliver external and internal talent pipelines for priority project management, engineering and infrastructure roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior project leaders, ensuring continuous access to top-tier talent.

 

This is a niche, proactive sourcing and headhunting role, ideal for a TA professional who thrives on market mapping, candidate engagement and pipeline ownership rather than reactive recruitment delivery alone.

 

A Day in the Life

Your time will be split between engaging the external talent market, advising hiring leaders, and building future-ready pipelines for Delivery Projects. Depending on the week, you will:

 

  • Act as a proactive sourcing and headhunting specialist across the projects, engineering, energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Build and maintain always-on external talent pipelines aligned to upcoming project and hiring needs
  • Develop market maps, outreach strategies and sourcing plans
  • Maintain long-term engagement with high-priority candidates and present top-tier talent as hiring demand arises
  • Partner closely with senior Delivery Projects leaders to understand workforce priorities and hiring timelines
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting, talent availability updates and market insights to leadership
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity including candidate care, offer management and stakeholder communication
  • Contribute to broader TA team initiatives, continuous improvement and recruitment process uplift

 

About You

You are a commercially minded recruitment professional with a passion for proactive sourcing, relationship-building and delivering high-quality talent outcomes. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders, mapping markets and keeping talent communities warm in fast-moving environments.

 

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting, gained in agency or in-house TA environments
  • A proven track record building and sustaining external talent pipelines
  • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across technical, project or infrastructure roles is preferred, along with an understanding of energy, industrial, infrastructure type environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
  • Comfort translating recruitment data into clear pipeline reporting and market insights
  • Ability to manage high volumes of candidate and leader interactions in a dynamic portfolio
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
