About the role 

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Procurement System and Business Enablement team and play a key role in the administration, support and continuous improvement of the SAP Ariba platform. Based in Sydney (Ultimo), you'll help ensure our procurement systems operate efficiently, effectively and deliver a seamless experience for users across the business.  

Working closely with Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders, you'll be a trusted partner who helps solve problems, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with stakeholder engagement in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll do 

• Administer and support the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring system performance, reliability and a positive user experience.  

• Partner with Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise procurement processes.  

• Manage user access, system security, data integrity and compliance activities across the platform.  

• Deliver user support and training, building capability and confidence across the business.  

• Identify and implement system enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities that deliver business value.  

What you'll bring 

• Experience administering SAP Ariba, with strong knowledge of Supplier Management, Procurement and Invoicing modules.  

• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across Procurement, IT, suppliers and the broader business.  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.  

• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support, train and influence stakeholders at all levels.  

• A proactive attitude, high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and team success.
