Strategic Asset Management Specialist

Join Transgrid as a Strategic Asset Management Specialist and play a key role in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISO 55001 certified Asset Management and Electricity Network Safety Management Systems.

You’ll ensure our frameworks remain effective, compliant, and future-focused across NSW, ACT, and VIC collaborating with internal teams and external regulators to deliver safe, reliable energy infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Lead asset and safety risk assessments and performance reporting
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance documentation
• Support teams to apply asset management best practices
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

About you:

• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
• Experience in risk management, process safety, and asset lifecycle management
• Knowledge of ISO 55001 and management systems (Safety, Environment, Quality, Asset Management)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
