What You'll Do
- Develop and implement social performance strategies for major infrastructure projects and Transgrids Corpoate projects.
- Build strong partnerships with First Nations communities, landholders and regional stakeholders.
- Drive Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), NAIDOC activities, and sustainable community development programs.
- Positively influence procurement practices to create opportunities for First Nations businesses.
- Monitor and report on social impact performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in partnership and relationship managmenet, ideally within community engagement or social performance.
- Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and navigate complex issues with integrity. '
- Your communication skills will craft messages that inspire action, engage diverse audiences with clarity and confidence and turn complex ideas into stories that resonate.
- Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and cultural considerations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working in large-scale projects or matrix organisations is highly regarded.
