We’re delivering some of the nation’s most critical renewable energy projects — and we’re looking for a passionate professional to drive meaningful social impact.
Transgrid are currently looking to recruit a Social Performance Advisor to join our team in our Ultimo head office. The role will report into our Social Legacy manager and be responsible for the following.
- Lead social performance strategies across major projects, including community consultation and grievance management
- Drive sustainable outcomes and development programs for First Nations communities
- Coordinate initiatives such as RAP delivery, NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week
- Build trusted relationships with First Nations communities and stakeholders
- Oversee First Nations procurement strategies and provide internal guidance
- Monitor, report and improve social impact outcomes

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- A deep understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with First Nations and community stakeholders
- Experience developing strategies, delivering project plans, and preparing executive briefings
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a matrix organisation
