The Opportunity

This is your chance to take a leadership role within Transgrid’s HumeLink Integration Team as a Senior Project Manager. You’re going to drive key functions and ensure seamless coordination across multiple workstreams. As a results-driven professional with a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, you’ll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will oversee the integration processes, manage stakeholder engagement, and lead a team of direct reports to deliver high-impact project outcomes. By proactively problem-solving, you’ll play a transformative role in coordinating across various project functions—including property acquisition tracking, compliance, resourcing, and strategic planning—while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You

• Project Management qualification at Diploma level or higher (Advanced Diploma desirable) along with Project Management qualifications e.g. PMI, AIPM certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams within large, complex infrastructure projects and the ability to implement and manage processes efficiently.
• Excellent time-management, problem-solving and issue resolution skills, with a track record of proactively addressing project risks and challenges.
• Strong verbal and written skills, with experience managing relationships with councils, third parties, and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and project governance in a major infrastructure project environment for the implementation of transmission line and substation projects.
• Superb ability to interpret drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to assess time/cost/labour estimates for projects and services.

This role may entail travelling to our project site, so you must hold a current Australian driver’s license.
