About the Role
This role will see you lead the governance, assurance and reporting function for the HTP Delivery Phase, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant internal and external reporting, availability of timely and consistent project information for decision making, and assures quality and compliance of the management processes.
You will coordinate information across functions, consolidating delivery performance insights, ensuring stakeholder reporting is consistent, high quality and aligned with agreed governance standards. You will champion project assurance activities, ensuring predictability of process outcome, identifying emerging risks and issues early, and identifying and overseeing corrections required. In this highly visible role you will lead the team of Quality, Compliance, Assurance and Reporting professionals, and working closely with other project controls functions (cost, schedule, risk) you will provide crucial support for the Delivery, Technical, and Commercial teams, as well as Project and Business Leadership Teams.
About You

Significant experience in project management, project controls or PMO roles within EPC/EPCM, Owner organisation, or comparable environments.

Significant experience in governance, compliance and reporting roles on major infrastructure or utilities projects.

Strong capability to coordinate cross‑functional inputs, manage competing deadlines, and deliver executive‑level reporting for complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.

Strong understanding of project management and contract management processes on major infrastructure projects.

Highly desirable is experience leading or deputising project controls or a PMO function on a major infrastructure project.
