As part of HTP, you will join a high-performing Major Projects team delivering complex infrastructure that will play a significant role in Australia’s energy transition and future network capability.

 

About the role

Join our project delivery team as a Senior Heritage Business Partner, leading the protection and management of Indigenous and Historic heritage across a major infrastructure project. You will provide expert heritage advice, ensure regulatory compliance, manage heritage risks and work closely with project teams, contractors, Aboriginal stakeholders and regulators to deliver positive heritage outcomes safely and responsibly.

 

About you

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident working autonomously, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships to achieve successful project outcomes. Requirements include:

  • Degree qualification in Archaeology, Environmental Science or related discipline.
  • Experience reviewing complex technical reports and management plans.
  • Proficient in GIS for environmental planning and management.
  • Understanding of environmental and social impacts of major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing compliance on State Significant Infrastructure (SSI) projects.
  • Experience managing environmental consultants and specialist services.
  • Current driver licence.
