The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Lumea Finance Business Partnering team within Transgrid’s Commercial Finance function. This senior individual contributor role plays a pivotal part in leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across the Lumea portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and performance reporting.
- Partnering with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions.
- Supporting strategic decision-making across multiple legal entities.

Key Capabilities & Experience
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to communicate with impact, build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Solid finance and business skills across budgeting, forecasting, procurement, project and cashflow management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or related field plus CA/CPA qualification.
- 8+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in infrastructure, energy or other capital-intensive sectors.
- Proven analytical, financial modelling and data storytelling expertise.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (Oracle or similar ERP desirable).
- Ability to work autonomously and lead through influence.
