About the role

 

As the Senior Contracts Manager – Third Party Agreements (TPA), you will be responsible for leading the commercial and contract management of TPA’s within the HTP Delivery phase.

 

This role oversees the administration and performance of TPA contracts, managing compliance, risk, and issue resolution while supporting coordinated delivery and governance outcomes.

 

The role translates strategic direction into coordinated delivery and upholds governance standards across all TPA engagements.

 

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in contract management for major infrastructure or utilities projects, ideally with exposure to transmission lines or electrical works.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading complex contract administration, including managing variations from a contract management perspective.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and governance frameworks relevant to TPA’s.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement, reporting and contract systems skills.
  • Experience supporting audits, assurance, and continuous improvement within a large project delivery environment.
