Are you ready to take the lead in driving excellence in health, safety, and environmental management? We are seeking a passionate and proactive Safety Systems and Compliance Specialist to manage all aspects of our HSE Management System (HSEMS).
In this key role, you’ll oversee the administration and continuous improvement of HSEMS digital platforms and support systems, ensuring they meet evolving business needs. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining HSE documentation and managing the Health and Safety Legal Compliance Register with a consultative and systematic approach.
As our Safety Systems and Compliance Specialist, you’ll provide expert advice on HSE management systems and digital solutions, championing continual improvement initiatives that align with strategic objectives. You’ll also keep our business engaged and informed through WHS consultation forums and change management communication plans.

About you
- Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience required for the role
- Tertiary qualifications at degree or associate diploma in quality, health and safety or environment.
- Accredited H&S or E auditor (SAI lead auditor qualification level or equivalent)
- A comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of WHS and/or environmental legislation, relevant Codes of Practice, Australian and international Standards and Guidelines.
- An expert in WHS management systems and Environmental management systems as well as Risk Management principles.
- Current drivers licence
