About the role
In your role as Reporting Coordinator, you will coordinate the collation, production, and quality control of governance reporting and executive collateral across the HTP Delivery Phase. Working closely with project workstreams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure governance packs, reporting submissions, and executive materials are professionally prepared, aligned to approved templates, and delivered in accordance with established reporting cadences and governance requirements.
Note, this role is based in Sydney.
About You
- Demonstrated experience supporting governance, reporting, or project coordination functions within major infrastructure, utilities, corporate, or project delivery environments
- Strong written communication and formatting capability, with experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and governance materials
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and reporting requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with an understanding of document management and version control practices
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
