About the Role

 

We are seeking a capable and detail driven Proposal Coordinator to manage the development of high quality proposals, bids and connection documentation for customers across the transmission network. This is your opportunity to support critical infrastructure projects by coordinating the full proposal lifecycle and guiding customers through key stages of the connection process.

 

You will work across a diverse mix of internal stakeholders, including technical specialists, commercial teams and legal advisors, ensuring every submission is accurate, compliant and aligned with both customer needs and National Electricity Rules requirements. Your coordination will directly support strong customer relationships, business growth and the successful delivery of connection and service agreements.

 

What You Will Deliver

 

  • Lead the full proposal development process from initial customer request through to final submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high quality delivery
  • Coordinate timelines, inputs and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Support the end to end Connection Application process in line with the National Electricity Rules and internal governance requirements
  • Maintain wellstructured proposal documentation, CRM records, tracking data and formal communications to support efficient workflow and reporting
  • Gather customer insights and identify opportunities to improve proposal quality, processes and overall customer experience 

 

What You Bring

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the electricity or infrastructure sector, ideally with exposure to transmission networks or regulated environments
  • Understanding of the National Electricity Rules relating to network connections
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams, including technical and commercial specialists
  • A proactive, customer focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality work
