The Opportunity
Join our Property and Land Solutions team as a Property Officer and play a key role in managing Transgrid’s extensive property portfolio across NSW. You’ll support land access, acquisition and administration activities that enable major renewable energy projects to move forward.
Your role will include:
- Supporting property management, acquisitions and disposals
- Preparing and maintaining property documentation and GIS mapping
- Assisting with leases, licences and Crown road closures
- Liaising with internal teams and government departments to resolve property matters
About You
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in property or land administration
- Knowledge of NSW land acquisition or property legislation (desirable)
- Excellent written communication and record-keeping skills
