The Opportunity
Join a team delivering nation-building renewable energy projects that will power Australia for generations. As a Project Systems Analyst in our Integrated Project Controls Systems team, you’ll play a key role in optimising EcoSys and other project control systems to drive cost, schedule, and risk management excellence. You will implement robust solutions, improve processes, and empower users through training and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of EcoSys and other project controls systems.
- Drive best practices in project controls, including cost, schedule, scope, and risk management.
- Conduct project reviews, identify systemic issues, and recommend solutions.
- Support users through effective training and documentation.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Degree-qualified (or substantial equivalent).
- 7+ years’ hands-on experience with Hexagon EcoSys.
- Proven expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), project planning, risk analysis, and configuration management.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across teams and business units.
- Delivery-focused, self-motivated, and capable of managing tight project schedules.
- Track record of successful EcoSys implementations and high-level project analysis.
