The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner – Projects to join our Project Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects by providing high-quality financial insight, strong governance, and commercial support.
Partnering closely with Project Directors, Commercial and Delivery teams, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate forecasting, and clear executive reporting across a portfolio of large, complex capital projects. You will drive financial discipline, improve processes, and enable informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
- Tertiary qualified in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification and 5+ years’ experience in project finance or business partnering roles.
- Proven experience supporting large, complex capital projects (typically $100m+), ideally within infrastructure, construction, or capital-intensive environments.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with demonstrated capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and project financial management.
- Highly effective stakeholder partner, able to influence senior leaders and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
