As Project Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in negotiating and delivering energy services connection agreements that support LUMEA™’s ambitious growth goals. You’ll manage complex connection infrastructure transactions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary bid team across the Transgrid Group.

 

In this client-facing role, your outstanding stakeholder management skills will be key. You’ll cultivate strong partnerships—internally and externally—and quickly build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.

Key Highlights:

 

  • Lead development and execution of energy connection agreements
  • Drive growth through infrastructure transaction management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Transgrid Group
  • Engage deeply with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • Experience in the energy infrastructure and /or renewable energy industry
  • Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills including demonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Proven track record in the development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bids
  • Experience in innovative project development and management, and well-developed problem-solving skills
  • High-level business and commercial acumen with a proven track record in the development, negotiation and execution of commercial agreements
  • Proven experience with pricing high-value transactions
  • Experience with developing pricing strategies with the use of financial modelling
