The role

 

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support within our Stakeholder & Corporate Affairs team. The role supports the General Managers for Community & Social Licence, Environmental Strategy & Planning, and Strategic Property & Land Solutions, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

 

What you will do

 

You will provide day-to-day executive support including diary and travel management, meeting preparation and minute taking, documentation, credit card reconciliations, and coordination of reporting deadlines. The role also supports team project activities such as meetings, events, and offsites, assists with procurement tasks (purchase orders, invoices, and compliance), manages large document submissions, and maintains stakeholder data in Salesforce CRM.

 

You will track actions and decisions, support SharePoint and document management systems, and act as a key point of contact for ad-hoc administrative support across the teams. Back-up support to the Executive Assistant will also be required.

 

About You

 

You have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role within a large or complex organisation. You bring strong calendar management, time-management, and organisational skills, are confident using Office 365 and collaboration tools, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working in a matrix environment. Experience with Salesforce and event coordination is desirable.
