The Opportunity
If you’re energised by bringing clarity to complex work and helping teams operate at their best, this role gives you space to lead with purpose. In your new role, you’ll guide key project controls activities, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management, while helping teams stay aligned, informed and empowered to make confident decisions.
You will work closely with leaders, project teams and delivery partners, becoming a trusted voice who supports high‑quality outcomes and fosters strong relationships. This is a chance to contribute to meaningful projects, influence positive change, and champion a collaborative, supportive project environment.
The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful communicator and a confident project controls professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys helping teams do their best work.
About You
- Deep experience in project controls across cost, schedule, change and risk management
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to guide, influence and build trust
- Knowledge of industry‑standard project controls methodologies (PMBOK, AACE, P3M3, Prince2 or similar)
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- A supportive leader who values collaboration, continuous improvement and mentoring others
