The Opportunity

 

 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Eastern Creek. 

 

Reporting to the Project Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the closeout process for completed projects, with a strong focus on progressive handover ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are managed early.

 

You’ll coordinate project records, maintain governance processes, support audits and provide reporting enabling a smooth project handover to the asset manager.  With exposure to diverse systems and stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to build your career in project delivery within a critical industry.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

 

  • Coordinate project closeouts and progressive handover activities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Receive, record and file all technical documentation such as drawings, test reports, manuals and checklists.
  • Review and ensure equipment registers are updated with accurate asset information
  • Manage and update project closeout registers and monthly reporting
  • Maintain governance documents, workflows, templates, and support audits.
  • Administer project systems (PDGS, Maximo, SharePoint, TRIM, TeamBinder)
  • Provide advice and support to the project team, for the storage and management of documents and the use of project systems.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. 

 

About you

 

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

 

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
  • Strong background in project administration and records management; construction project experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with corporate systems such as Maximo, MS Project, SharePoint, TRIM, or TeamBinder.
  • A collaborative working style with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence.
