Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Procurement, Data & Analytics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Procurement function by providing data-driven insights that enhance decision-making, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement.

 

 

You will be responsible for delivering regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual), supporting ad hoc data requests, and contributing to strategic procurement initiatives. Working across a range of business systems, you will play an integral role in improving processes, systems, and overall procurement performance.

 

 

 

About you

 

 

You are a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning insights into action. You bring:

 

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and ~3 years’ experience in procurement, analytics, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience in financial modelling, performance analysis, and reporting (procurement experience desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI and/or Alteryx
  • A curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills
