About the role:
We are seeking a Process Compliance & Assurance Consultant to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project by coordinating compliance, assurance and governance activities across the project lifecycle.
Working closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will help ensure management systems, project processes, contractual requirements and governance frameworks are effectively implemented, monitored and continually improved.
Your work will contribute to project assurance, quality outcomes and regulatory compliance while supporting the successful delivery of project objectives.
What you’ll do
- Develop and manage the project audit and surveillance schedule, undertake audits and compliance reviews, and track findings through to closure.
- Monitor compliance with project management plans, governance frameworks and contractual requirements.
- Undertake audits, reviews and compliance assessments across project and contractor activities.
- Support the development and maintenance of management plans, procedures and assurance documentation.
- Contribute to governance reporting and continuous improvement activities.
What you’ll bring
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in compliance, assurance, quality management or governance roles supporting major infrastructure, construction, engineering or utilities projects.
- An understanding of project governance frameworks, management plans, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits and compliance reviews of contractor and supplier systems.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare assurance reports and provide objective compliance advice.
- Experience working within ISO 9001 certified management systems highly desirable.
