We’re seeking a Payroll System and Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Play a pivotal role in implementing Payday Super, supporting testing, documentation, compliance, and project delivery.
• Execute end-to-end payroll system testing, develop test plans, scenarios, and reports to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance payroll systems including ECP, WFS, and Spinifex, improving efficiency and reducing backlog.
• Support process improvement initiatives, updating procedures and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with payroll team members, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure systems and processes meet business needs.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on testing activities, processes, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience as a Payroll Manager, Payroll Systems Analyst, or Payroll Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, financial principles, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with large ERP systems (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems (preferably WFS).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
• Highly professional, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
