You will play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity, guiding managers and employees, supporting systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Management, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Deliver accurate, timely end-to-end payroll services for all employees.
  • Manage payroll lifecycle events, timesheets, leave, and final payments.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll legislation, enterprise agreements, and policies.
  • Maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Support payroll reporting, audits, compliance, and salary packaging.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Finance, HR, and leadership teams.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Degree-qualified in accounting, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Payroll expertise with SAP, Workforce Software, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong understanding of legislation, enterprise agreements, and payroll compliance.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
