About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Operations Enablement Manager to join our Procurement team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery and adoption of procurement initiatives, processes and ways of working across Transgrid.
Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will work closely with Procurement leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to drive collaboration, capability uplift and effective communication across a range of strategic initiatives. This role is focused on bringing people together, building engagement and ensuring teams have the tools, knowledge and support they need to successfully navigate change.

What you'll do
- Lead communication, change and adoption activities that support the successful delivery of Procurement initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging communications, training and enablement resources that build understanding and capability across the business.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to identify impacts, understand needs and ensure people are supported throughout the change journey.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and working groups that drive collaboration, alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and adoption outcomes, using feedback and insights to continuously improve approaches.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience delivering change, communications, training or enablement activities across complex business initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and cross-functional forums that support engagement and capability uplift.
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, business, project management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
