We're looking for a passionate Leadership and Talent Consultant to help design and deliver contemporary leadership and talent experiences that strengthen capability, build our leadership pipeline and enable our culture ambitions.

 

This is an opportunity to partner with leaders across a diverse business to solve real organisational challenges, influence how leadership capability is built, and help evolve Transgrid's leadership and talent approach.

 

What you will do

 

  • Design and deliver enterprise leadership and talent initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders and People & Culture colleagues to diagnose capability needs and develop practical, contemporary solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging leadership experiences that drive reflection, behavioural change and performance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Transgrid's leadership architecture, talent and succession practices.
  • Explore how digital learning, AI and technology can enhance leadership development and embed learning into the flow of work.
  • Use data, feedback and workforce insights to continually improve leadership and talent outcomes.

 

About You

 

You're naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about helping people and organisations grow. You enjoy working with leaders, asking thoughtful questions, designing practical solutions and seeing your work translate into meaningful organisational outcomes.

 

You'll bring:

 

  • Relevant leadership development, organisational development, learning or talent management experience.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience designing engaging learning experiences and translating insights into continuous improvement.
  • A genuine passion for leadership, organisational capability and creating positive change.
