About the Role

 

As the Project Integration Manager HumeLink, you will drive the seamless coordination of all project functions, ensuring alignment between project delivery and Transgrid’s corporate objectives. Reporting to the Technical Director, this key leadership role will oversee integration across technical, commercial and operational workstreams, while embedding best-practice governance and issue resolution frameworks. You will also play a central role in engaging with the Executive Team, asset management, HR, IT and GIS, ensuring project challenges are addressed quickly and effectively to maintain momentum and operational continuity.

 

About You

 

  • Proven success leading integration in large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally multi-billion-dollar transmission or energy developments
  • Strong  expertise and experience in the development and implementation of culture initiatives for major projects or organisations
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex interfaces across engineering, construction, IT, GIS, and asset management functions
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at executive and industry levels
  • Experience leading and motivating high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
