We’re expanding our team and seeking an Industry Communications Advisor to help elevate Transgrid’s voice across the energy sector. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how our leaders and experts show up at industry events, on digital platforms, and through corporate publications.

 

 

You’ll craft polished content, prepare speakers for key engagements, support social media initiatives, and help bring our thought leadership to life through engaging written and visual materials. Your work will ensure that Transgrid’s story is clear, compelling, and accessible to a wide audience.

 

 

 

About you

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including experience producing executive communications, presentations, or corporate content
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and approachable style
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid coordination skills, with experience in PowerPoint, Word, and working alongside creative teams
  • A curiosity-driven, analytical mindset, translating complex business needs into clear, engaging content
  • A team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for partnering with colleagues across the organisation
