Spanning regional communities and complex construction environments, the project plays a key role in connecting renewable energy to the grid while maintaining reliability and security of supply. As part of this large-scale program, you will be contributing to a once-in-a-generation infrastructure project that will have lasting impact across the National Electricity Market.
About the Role
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will support the delivery of safety outcomes across HumeLink East through targeted, risk-based assurance activities. The role focuses on verifying critical controls, validating contractor compliance, and identifying emerging risks across multiple concurrent work fronts. Working closely with delivery partners and project teams, you will provide independent, evidence-based assurance to ensure alignment between systems and on-site practices, supporting safe and compliant project delivery. Position will be located in Yass or Goulburn.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in health and safety within large-scale infrastructure or construction environments
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and contractor assurance frameworks
- Proven ability to undertake field-based audits, inspections, or compliance activities
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with contractors and project stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities in a dynamic project environment.
