The Opportunity

HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission line which will connect Wagga Wagga, Bannaby and Maragle and is one of the state’s largest energy infrastructure projects. This project will deliver a more reliable and more sustainable grid by increasing the amount of renewable energy that can be delivered across the national electricity grid.
This is a key position within the Humelink project and a contributor to the success of the project. The role provides decision support activities so the project can effectively manage costs and achieve forecasted targets.
You will provide comprehensive, accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis over a range of cost categories in order to facilitate informed decision making and protect budget for the Project.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting
- Project accounting experience
- Experience in labour cost analysis, rate development and workforce planning.
- Advanced excel skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including the project team, finance, and the various Business Units outside the project.
