The Opportunity
As the Technical Spares Lead, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of transmission and capital spares from procurement through to disposal, ensuring alignment with asset strategies and maintenance planning.
You’ll play a key role in reducing operational risk, enhancing compliance, and driving continuous improvement across spares management. This role also provides technical leadership and strategic guidance across multiple asset streams and stakeholder groups.
About you
- Extensive experience in electricity transmission systems, including high-voltage equipment across various voltages and asset types
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability
- Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in warehouse methodologies and planning for critical equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and operational team
