SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Functional Lead

• Be responsible for the end-to-end application management of Transgrid’s payroll systems

The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide deep knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices with your strong expertise in ECP configuration to drive payroll and workforce management excellence.  While collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, you will develop functional specifications and system design documents, conduct rigorous system testing, validation, and troubleshooting, and lead day-to-day operational support.

Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll system functionalities and integrations. You will also be responsible for training and supporting end-users, ensuring they fully understand system functionalities and capabilities.

A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including Australian compliance requirements, is crucial. About you

• Demonstrated expertise (Min. 7 years) in complex configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is preferred, with knowledge of WorkForce Software (WFS) considered a bonus.
• Proven expertise in payroll system implementation, enhancement, and operational support and exceptional coordination skills to oversee end-to-end enhancement deliveries
• Experience in managing relationships with external vendors, including the delivery of AMS (Application Management Services) by outsourced service providers
• ITIL certification, along with relevant certifications in SAP ECP, SAP SuccessFactors, and WorkForce Software, is highly valued.
