The opportunity
In your role as Property Asset Manager (non-network), you will lead a small team in the delivery of efficient facilities management across Transgrid’s buildings & depots.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining maintenance plans (non-network), including monitoring budget and expenditure for facilities delivery.
Please note, this position is based on-site at Eastern Creek and will require office attendance 3-4 times per week.
What you will be involved in
- Prepare and manage long‑term facilities and workplace services strategies and programs.
- Oversight of compliance of facilities programs ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and standards.
- In partnership with the Workplace Projects team, oversee the delivery of minor capital projects, including project system and governance documentation.
What you'll bring
- Experience in facilities or asset (or similar) management, including contractor management.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles and their application to facility management and minor works.
- High‑level skills in report writing, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative, team‑focused working style.
