About Us
At Transgrid, our work improves the lives of millions – from lighting up sports fields, schools and homes, to powering the wheels of commerce and everything else in between. Now it’s your turn to make it happen.
This is an exciting time in the energy industry with the transition to renewable energy. Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.

With a mix of office and remote work (3 days in-office, 2 WFH), you’ll enjoy flexibility while being embedded in a collaborative, high-performing team.
About You
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within HV networks or asset-facing work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient in Maximo and confident using systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and optimise schedules for resource efficiency.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
