The Opportunity | Based at any TG depot
Join our team as a Maintenance Data Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance programs by improving data quality, streamlining processes, and enabling accurate performance tracking. This role focuses on cleansing Maximo data, re-baselining corrective maintenance backlogs, and supporting procurement and reporting. You'll work closely with Program Leads and the Data Analyst to ensure reliable insights, drive On Time Performance, and reduce inefficiencies through proactive coordination and communication.
What will do you:
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of work orders and maintain accurate job data in Maximo.
- Regularly update job estimates, target dates, and scheduling details to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Attend meetings to resolve outstanding issues, improve workflows, and build strong relationships that drive accountability.
- Support Maintenance Performance Index (MPI) reporting and provide insights to help teams meet delivery targets.
- Manage the re-baselining of corrective maintenance backlogs to reflect true program performance and workload.
- Assist with additional coordination duties and collaborate closely with the Data Analyst to enable accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience in data coordination, maintenance administration, or program support (preferably in utilities or infrastructure).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing large data sets and updating job estimates, target dates, and scheduling details.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience using enterprise asset management systems, particularly Maximo, and familiarity with Maintenance Performance Index (MPI) reporting and performance tracking are highly regarded.
