Join our team as a Maintenance Data Analyst to turn data into decisions. In this role, you'll analyse work order trends, workforce productivity, and scheduling efficiency to support Maintenance Engineering. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Maximo team to ensure data accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and optimise operations. What will you do:

  • Track Planned vs. Scheduled Work Orders and identify delays or anomalies.
  • Deliver regular insights to support Maintenance, Field Delivery, and Construction teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy in scheduling and workforce systems.
  • Provide custom reports to track Maintenance Performance Index (MPI)and team effectiveness and analyse planning cycles and recommend process enhancements.
  • Liaise across Business units to gather data and guide system enhancements.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in analytics roles focused on operations, field services, or workforce planning.
  • Strong experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Maximo).
  • Ability to interpret and visualise complex datasets for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
