The Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for stakeholder engagement? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a sustainable pipeline of major infrastructure projects across Transgrid’s Major Projects and Customer Portfolios.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and external contractors to align resourcing and outage requirements with business priorities. You’ll be the key liaison between Construction Leadership, Coordination, and Commissioning teams, negotiating resource allocations, resolving competing demands, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs of work.
Your ability to influence, communicate with impact, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation will be critical. You’ll also leverage business systems and data insights to drive informed decision-making and support operational excellence.

About you
- Skilled negotiator with strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and a collaborative approach
- Experienced in project lifecycles, construction, and commissioning environments
- Confident using data and systems (e.g., Maximo, PPM) to guide decisions
- Qualified in a relevant field and committed to safety, integrity, and service
