The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive EUC Assets Officer to manage the lifecycle of Transgrid’s End-User Computing (EUC) hardware fleet.
This hands-on role in our Technology Operations team ensures staff have the right tools to work efficiently and securely. You’ll manage the distribution, tracking and disposal of IT assets, support mobile services, and help improve reporting and automation.
You’ll also support key initiatives including the audit and deployment of over 400 Starlink units, enterprise migration and cleanup, and maintaining accurate asset records using ServiceNow, Excel or SharePoint.

About You
Organised and tech-savvy, you bring a strong background in IT asset management along with a practical mindset for solving operational challenges. You understand the importance of accurate tracking, responsive service and continuous improvement, and work confidently across teams and systems.
You will also bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Familiarity with asset management tools such as ServiceNow and Apple Business Manager
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience in asset reporting, auditing and lifecycle forecasting
