The Opportunity
Work from any Transgrid depot and lead the coordination of commissioning and construction resources across Transgrid’s Infrastructure Development and Maintenance programs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the efficient deployment of technical teams, including protection, control, communications, and site managers, while supporting safe access to HV and LV assets.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll manage short-term and long-term resource planning, identify capability gaps, and contribute to recruitment strategies. Your ability to navigate digital platforms, build trusted relationships, and drive outcomes will be critical to success.
About you
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and digital interface platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Electrical background with project management experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Self-driven, proactive, and confident in managing priorities and delivering results
