We’re looking for an Easements and Development Assessment Coordinator to play a vital role in enabling efficient, compliant and well-documented infrastructure development outcomes.

 

About the role

 

Every development within an easement carries responsibility, to communities, to infrastructure, and to the future. As the Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the Easements and Development Assessment function, ensuring enquiries, applications and encroachment matters are received, tracked and progressed with accuracy and care.

 

While you won’t hold formal assessment authority, your impact will be powerful. Through strong organisation, proactive communication and workflow coordination, you’ll enable Advisors and the Senior Advisor to deliver timely, consistent and high-quality decisions.

 

You’ll manage enquiry intake, coordinate workflows and track applications and encroachment matters to ensure they progress efficiently and meet statutory timeframes. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll provide clear procedural guidance, coordinate stakeholder communications and support Advisors by maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation and facilitating internal reviews.

You’re organised, proactive and collaborative. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities and take pride in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

 

Essential

 

  • Tertiary qualifications (or progress toward) in property, environmental planning, communications or a related discipline — or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting development assessment, infrastructure, property or regulatory functions
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a team environment
