The Opportunity
Ready to take your support expertise into a role where your impact is felt at the highest levels of the organisation? As a EUC Support Specialist at Transgrid, you will be the trusted technical partner for our executives, executive assistants, and senior leaders, ensuring they stay connected, productive, and supported no matter where they are working.
You will be the go-to problem solver for second level support across hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting room technology. Whether you are resolving issues on the spot, preparing leaders for critical meetings, or keeping our collaboration spaces running smoothly, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and stress-free technology experience.
Your work will also include delivering tailored training, maintaining clear and accurate documentation, and coordinating with vendors to keep systems performing at their best. If you thrive in high trust environments and enjoy helping people succeed, this role puts you right at the centre of the action.
About You
You are calm, confident, and at your best when supporting people who rely on technology to make important decisions. You know how to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, and you bring a steady, solutions focused mindset to every challenge.
You will also bring:

3+ years of experience providing desk side support to Board members, Executives, and senior stakeholders, both onsite and remotely

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies

A composed and methodical approach to resolving issues under pressure

A track record of meeting SLAs and OLAs while delivering exceptional customer service

Experience producing clear documentation and reports for support activities and system configurations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all organisational levels

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with proven success in fast paced environments
