About the Role
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing project documentation and information across the HumeLink program. You will ensure version control, metadata accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely distribution of documents, while supporting project teams, contractors, and stakeholders with effective document management systems and processes that enable successful project delivery. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can bring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
About You
- Proven experience in document control and information management on major infrastructure or engineering projects.
- Strong technical skills in document control systems and tools (e.g. SharePoint, InEight Doc, EDMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members on document control processes.
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering quality outcomes.
