About the role
As the Document Control Manager, you will lead document control and information management across the Hunter Transmission Project. You will establish and improve document control frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and organisational standards. Working closely with delivery partners and stakeholders, you will drive consistency, optimise systems such as SharePoint and InEight, and ensure documentation is accurate, traceable and audit-ready.
About You
- Proven experience in document control or information management within large-scale infrastructure or complex project environments
- Strong knowledge of document control and information management systems such as SharePoint, InEight (Tembinder) or similar platforms
- Ability to establish and enforce document control and information management frameworks, processes and standards across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project management and contract management processes on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and audit readiness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across project teams and delivery partners
