About the role

As a Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial delivery of major construction packages within the $5 billion HumeLink project. Working closely with the Senior Contract Manager and broader project team, you will play a key role in administering delivery contracts, monitoring project costs and supporting the successful execution of works. This role requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively across a complex, fast-paced project environment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support the administration of delivery contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Assist in the preparation, review and management of contracts, variations and contractual notices
  • Contribute to cost management activities including budgets, forecasts, claims and payment schedules
  • Maintain accurate contract records, documentation and reporting to support project controls and governance
  • Engage with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to support contract delivery and project outcomes.
