As a Financial Analyst in the Lumea Finance Business Partnering team.  You will engage with operational and financial stakeholders to provide high quality reporting and actionable insights for the assigned business units. This role will enable key stakeholders to understand financial performance, identify risks & opportunities and provide actionable commercial insights to enable quality decision making.

 

 

About you

 

 

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and driving improvement. You’ll bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or related field; CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to influence stakeholders and present clear, data-driven insights.
  • Experience in capital-intensive or infrastructure environments, with a proven continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated success driving business process improvement and working independently to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle experience advantageous, with strong communication and presentation skills.
